William (Kenny) Spencer
July 31, 1949 - June 5, 1978
Services for William (Kenny) Spencer, 28, of 1194 Nadine Dr., Heath will be 10:30 A.M. Thursday in the chapel of Henderson, Van Atta, and Johnston Funeral Home. Burial will be in Cedar Hill Cemetery.
Mr. Spencer died Monday in Hocking Valley Hospital after a truck accident. He was born July 31, 1949, in Clarksburg, W. Va. to Billie (Boyles ) Spencer and the late John Spencer.
He was a 1968 graduate of Newark High School and supervisor of Dowell Division of Dow Chemicals. He was a member of Newark Lodge F & AM No. 97 and Teheran Grotto.
Surviving besides his mother of Newark are his wife, Judy (Kennedy) Spencer; one son, Shawn L. of the home; one daughter, Sherry Lynn of the home; and his grandmother, Mrs. Mary B. Spencer of Morgantown, W. Va.
Friends may call at the funeral home 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 P. M. Wednesday.

Kenny and me had alittle scuffle in gym class in the 10th grade at NHS. He sure had a mean right hook. Afterwards we ended up friends. Oh by the way, when Porkey Forgraves came in the boys locker room and ask (whats going on?), Kenny and I said nothing. He will be missed. RIP.
