Kenneth Molden

October 3, 1948 - January 27, 2017

NEWARK: A funeral service celebrating the life of Kenneth J. Molden, age 68, of Newark, will be held at 6 p.m. on Tuesday, January 31, at The Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral & Cremation Service. 

Kenneth passed away on Friday, January 27, 2017 at Kindred of Newark. He was born October 3, 1948 in in Newark to the late Kenneth W. and Nora (Hagan) Molden.

Kenny was a 1968 graduate of Newark High School. He worked at National Casing Company and retired from Local Labor Union 423. Kenny enjoyed fishing, hunting, carving knives, canes and being outdoors. He greatly enjoyed his family. 

He is survived by five children, Jared (Erin) Molden of Kettering, Ohio, Avin (Aften) Molden of Delaware, Ohio, Chase Molden of West Virginia, Melissa Molden of Athens and Travis (Brandee) Molden of Newark; five grandchildren; former wife, Paula Agin of Newark; three siblings, Jesse (Pam) Molden of Newark, Nirvalene "Sis" (Terry) Bland of St. Louisville and Brad Molden of Newark. 

Family and friends may call prior to the service from 4-6 p.m., on Tuesday, January 31, at The Newark Chapel of Henderson-Van Atta-Stickle Funeral Cremation Service, 59 North Fifth Street, Newark. Inurnment will take place at a later date at Newark Memorial Gardens.
