Phil was a real "hoot" in high school, managed to stay out of most trouble. Great with the band and the dances. Never remember him looking down his nose at anyone and he always ran with the "top" dogs in school. Glad he had a great family life and he will RIP. Prayers to family. It was great to see phil at our last class reunion, still looking good my friend . Known for his hair, smile from High school to later in life. You will be missed my friend. RIP
