Terry Lee Arter

October 23, 1948 to October 1, 1997

Funeral services for Terry Lee Arter, 48, of Newark, will be held at 1:00 P.M. at Chriss-Kirkpatrick Funeral Chapel, 179 Granville St., Newark, with Rev. Robert Knox officiating.  Burial will follow at Cedar Hill Cemetery.

Mr. Arter was born October 23, 1948, in Marion, Ohio to the late Clarence W. Arter, Sr. and Ruth E. (Trost) Arter.  He died October 1, 1997 at Newark Health Center.

Mr. Arter was a graduate of Newark High School and a member of Heath Eagles.

Survivors include three brothers, Clarence W. Arter, Jr. and Susan Marie Haught of Buckeye Lake, Michael A. Arter of Newark, and Rodney Lee Trost of Newark; two neices and seven nephews.

Calling hours are 11:00 A.M. to 1:00 P.M., Tuesday, at the funeral home.
